Ode To Gypsy Lou

Well hear now, everybody,
I'd like to tell you a story about my
favorite gal in the whole wide world.
That's right, I'm talkin' 'bout my guitar here.
She's a fender FA-100, and her name is Gypsy Lou.

You see Gypsy Lou and I, been together for quite some time now.
Behind her, I've spent about 1000 hours writing 50 plus songs,
got in 6 fights, played in 3 different states, in front of about 65,000 people...
Needless to say, I'll follow her anywhere.

Little Miss Gypsy Lou here is a warm-loving,
strong-wooded, high-strung, piece of acoustic material.
She's from the shining hills of California,
which is why she has so much loving built up inside of her.
Especially in her G-string.... That...that's her G-string...

Well now she brings me and lots of folks a lot of joy,
and I'm proud to say she's all mine.
Oh, and you're probably wondering about how she got her name...
Well, lets just say I'll follow her anywhere.
And to quote Forrest Gump, "That's... That's about all I have to say about that."
