Was brought down by the machine
Was a father of 6
And aged 43
When he was attacked
By New York police

It was like a bad dream
When they burst on the scene
When he was surrounded
There was no need to plea
They had taken him down
For selling cigarettes
Brought him to the ground
And choked him to death.

Called justice to sight
For he knew
They invaded his rights

The docs say twas obesity
And heart disease
He was 350 pounds
And 6 foot 3
It is not my fault
So don't point at me

That he couldn't breathe

So why does it nerve
