As it slither cross your window pane
Or struggle with a bit of rain

Or on a fence with bits of crap around it's bottom
Blown there by wind beam?

Who was last seen looking after tracks of the careless wind beam?

Movin' to the tracks of the tireless freight train
Then lighting up the site of the weather vane

And the eyes of those who think they saw it happen
