Two little eyes peep out from a hole,
Four little feet skate round a baited trap,
The world looks so big from the eyes of a rat.

Chris has the hot water running, preparing for his bath,
He does this every night before he rocks himself to sleep.
Tonight is no different, hes looking in the mirror,
He doesnt hear the scurry of the feet that are so furry.

Mammy drops her dishes when she hears Chris yell,
Rolls her sponge into a ball and then she races down the hall.
