Stuck In My Mind

I'm walking 'round in circles
I don't know where I am
I keep looking back at the road that I ran
Two steps forward, one step back
Is there a way out of my mind?

I'm digging my own grave
Can't control my hands move
I start to suffocate
You can't see me, can you?
Had it all planned out, and written down
Now i'm held back by my own mind.
