I Can't Do It All By Myself

I can cook some dinner, and I can sweep the floor
I can be politer and work a little more
I could write a poem or do all of the chores

I could be a Liar or drown you with the truth
I could just believe you or ask you for some proof
I could call a plumber or jump up on the roof
I could do it all but I cant do it all by myself

I would like to listen or I could speak some more
I could watch the children and teach what teachings for

Its ok to love yourself its ok to ask for help

I cant wait forever but I could pull some more
Your everything I treasure just what I adore
You remind me of the roses now ask me what that's for

We can dance together or dream in separate yores
we can scream in silence or bleep this bleeping war
I can tend the garden and did just like we did it before
