Anxiety

I don't really want
to keep on doing this
but I do it anyway
Need to get over it
but it's oppressing me to stay...

I know I should be laughing
feeling grateful and blessed
But depression is haunting me again
anxiety won't allow me to rest...

Obliged to do a daily check
the doors,the windows,my things
Everything must be safe
the answers so correct
Can't just check them once
three times still not enough
and it's driving me mad...
