One day, this could be world’s fastest train.

Using magnets to float above the track, the maglev can reach speeds of over 500 kilometres per hour.

Ministers in Japan have called it “world-class” technology.

The venture cost billions of US dollars, though some hope the technology could be sold to overseas markets.

But don’t turn up at the station any time soon. The train isn’t expected to open its doors to passengers until 2027.

Rồi một ngày, đây có thể sẽ là con tàu chạy nhanh nhất thế giới.

Dùng nam châm để lướt trên đường ray, tàu Maglev có thể đạt tốc độ hơn 500 km một giờ.

Các Bộ trưởng ở Nhật gọi đây là kỹ thuật “tầm cỡ thế giới”.

Công cuộc làm ăn này tốn hàng tỉ đô la Mỹ, mặc dù một số người hy vọng rằng kỹ thuật này sẽ có thể bán sang thị trường hải ngoại.

Nhưng chớ có tới bất cứ nhà ga nào trong thời gian tới nhé. Tàu này được cho là chưa thể đón khách trước năm 2027.
