It’s not food she wants to chop – it’s you.

This is a massage parlour in Taiwan. Trained specialists use blunt knives as well as meditation to help their customers relax.

Knife massages date back more than 2,000 years to China, where they were given by monks or nuns.

Now Taiwan is one of the few places where this type of therapy is still practised.

Đây là một tiệm mát xa ở Đài Loan. Các chuyên viên được đào tạo sử dụng những con dao cùn và môn thiền để giúp khách hàng của họ thư giãn.

Mát xa bằng dao đã có tại Trung Quốc cách đây hơn 2000 năm và chúng được các nhà sư và ni cô sử dụng.

Nay Đài Loan là một trong vài nơi duy nhất vẫn còn sử dụng hình thức trị liệu này.
