Luyện nghe bài hát The Limerick Song (come On And Sing Along With Me)

Susan: Don't shout grouchy don't shout
not what our singing's about
So if you take
The noise we make
Go back to trashcan and pout

Ooooh, ABC, 123, pigs in a tree
Don't sit on a woodpecker's knee
ABC, 123
on and sing-along with me

(Hey, I got one!)

Various voices him to share

Bob: A furry blue monster Herry

Herry: (Hey, me!)

When asked "Are you strong?" replied "Very!"
Then for a laugh
He tore 3 in half
Now I ask "Is necessary?"

All: Oooooh, ABC, 123, pigs in a
ever sit on a woodpecker's knee
ABC, 123
Come on and with me

The Count: (Oh, I one!)

85 bats in the steeple
One bat flies in the door
That 86 ...

(splash sound)

Ernie: (Sorry everybody, I one!)

(Do you have a towel, Ernie?)

Ernie: (No, Bert, I a verse.)

(Oh no.)

Ernie: (It goes this.)
You all know our buddy Bert

(oh no)

Ernie: Whose feelings are easily
his friends all play dressup, ol' Bert has to fess up

Bert: Yeah, I'm always the one in the skirt ...( and I like it...)

All: Ooooooh, ABC, 123, pigs in a
Don't ever sit on a knee
ABC, 123
on and sing-along with me

Bert: (Excuse me, I one.) (various voices urge him on) (Yeah, you'll love it, it's really groovy. Ahem.)
There once was a man McDowell
Who planted a tree a trowel
Then he got in a shower, where he for an hour
and said - "SOMEBODY ME A TOWEL!!"

All: Ooooooh, ABC, 123, pigs in a
Don't sit on a woodpecker's knee
ABC, 123
Come on and sing-along me
on and sing-along with me

At the end of the original record is heard this cute

Ernie: Okay, you can turn it now.

Sure thing, Ernie.

(sound of crashing)

Ernie: Herry! Not the piano! The record! Turn the record!

(meekly): Sorry.
