Death is a salesman
The goods he offers
Speak to our desires
Better knowing than deceasing
Were far from losing the illusion of control too tempting

The dam is broken
We sabotaged it
Swirling in the vortex
Hoping we dont have to face the truth
Cause going down is much easier than swimming back up

For so long Ive been
Blinded by duty
Finally realizing
The carrier dies with the message
The contents burning through my wings and soul

The raven finally whispers

Tell me Raven, did you see
People die for being free
Did you see hope in their eyes
When they heard them telling lies
Did you see the wasted land
Which they left and never meant
To return back to their home
But to struggle all alone

Fly my Raven through the night
