Knocking down your door, it seems I couldn't even get arrested
Though I tried and tried, my best, well, I was getting bested
Everybody had some kind of interest that was vested
Could it be the time for exclamation points is over?

Everybody smiled, a pat on the head and oh what a nice boy
Never took us seriously, they were playing with their other toys
But now I find I'm in demand and you'll find, I've developed quite a voice
