Sorry it has been so long you received my last transmission,
meanwhile I've studied them - learned about their condition.
Now I I understand why they live in such confusion,
sadly they'll never change - I have come to conclusion....

Planet Earth is great to visit - It's great to
(but you want to live there.)

I am the mariner who seas celestial,
astronaut ambassador sent to shores terrestrial.
Now with hindsight I admit I admire the humans' lot,
frail bodies - fragile, ill equipped, their lives are hard (but are not).

Planet Earth is great to - It's great to visit
(but you wouldn't want to there.)

And you know the ways of men
you can only pity them,
every day a raging -
castaway in a based life form.

I've wandered far (I've wondered hard) and have one of comfort only -
when I share my thoughts with you is not so lonely.
Countless starts us - myriad the things I miss,
I say farewell and of home, the static drowns my parting kiss.

Planet Earth is great to visit - It's great to

And as your signal wanes -
the fears (my growing pains),
here it is for what worth -
yet postcard from planet Earth.
