But little did he know the boy was strapped,
The kid out a gun, he said "Why did ya hit me ?",
The barrel was set for the cop's kidney,
The cop got scared, the kid, he to figure,
"I'll do years if I pull trigga",
So he cold dashed and ran the block,
Cop radioes it to another cop,
He ran by a tree, there he saw sista,
A shot for the head, he shot but he missed her,
around good and from expectations,
So he decided he'd for the subway stations,
But she was coming and he a left,
He was runnin' top speed till he was breath,
Knocked an old man and swore he killed him,
Then he made his move to an building,
Ran up the up to the top floor,
Opened up the door there, who he saw?,
Dave the dope fiend dope,
Who don't know the of water nor soap,
He "I need bullets, hurry up, run!"
The dope fiend brought back a shotgun,
He went outside but was cops all over,
Then he dipped into a car, a Nova (?),
up the block doing 83,
Crashed a tree near university,
alive though the car was battered,
Rat-a-tat-tatted and all the scattered,
Ran out of bullets and had static,
Grabbed a lady and out the automatic,
Pointed at her head and he the gun was full o' lead,
He told the cops "Back off or here's dead",
Deep in his he knew he was wrong,
So he let the go and he starts to run on,
sounded, he seemed astounded,
Before the lil' boy got surrounded,
He dropped the gun, so the glory,
And this is the way I end this story,
He was only seventeen, in a dream,
The cops shot the kid, I hear him scream,
This ain't funny so ya dare laugh,
another case 'bout the wrong path,
Straight 'n narrow or yo' soul cast(?).
