Advance Australia Fair (The Anthem of Australia) was composed by Peter Dodds
McCormick sometime
the turn of this century. Several versions different combinations of the verses are
found in different references.
Australian governments seemed to disapprove of the sentiment of of these verses,
and discouraged their
remembrance. Consequently, several of verses are very difficult to find unless one
for old and original references.
