Angels In Our Midst

He came from out of the blue, as heroes often do, on a night, a night he heard an angel sing.
Her voice rose up like the moon, came to rest inside a room, in a place, the place that held his heart and soul.
Faster than the speed of life, they fell in love somewhere in time.
Love was a gift and their plight, he was her shining light, and she was, she was the portrait that graced his wall.
And all the beauty of their lives, reached out across the skies, like wings, they perched upon us all.
Now they dance among the stars, as we go forward with their cause.
