Act III

I'm scared I've fallen down the rabbit hole and landed under Vanilla Skies,
Or woken up in a nightmare with horrors too real to vocalize,
I'm on the floor,
I'm hiding scared,
There's strangers at the door,
There's pictures on the wall with familiar faces, but I can't recall the names anymore,
Days are bleeding into nights,
I'm getting lost in warped time,
I'm all alone, this isn't my home, how could this reality be mine,
I'm trying to calm these anxieties, but I'm drowning in paranoia,
My name, the date, what is this place?
My memories are gone and It's starting to annoy 'ya,
The only life I've ever known is slipping further from me every day,
This poison meant to cure me is just as cruel and destructive as the disease that's taking my memories away,
Being left here alone to rot in these four walls with no one to tell my story is really all that I have to fear,
And as for this psychosis, the sickness, and the madness?
Well, we're all mad here
