A Promenade in Sledge

Au petit trot s'en va le cheval avec ses grelots
Et le traneau joyeusement dvale travers les cteaux
Dans le vallon s'accroche l'hiver mais le ciel est bleu
Ah qu'il fait bon faire un tour au grand air
Comme deux amoureux

At a gentle trot goes the horse with it's bells
And the sledge happily goes around the slopes
In the small valley sticks the winter but the sky is blue

It's wonderful to see passing by like a painted scenery

Nous allons tre surpris par la tombe du jour

Prs du grand feu de bois qui flambe et nous attend
