Without A Second Thought

Without a second thought I would choose
The path I am now walking on
Without any doubts or regrets
I think this is the place where I belong

Times have changed and so have I
So why should I give in before I've even tried?
And so

Another page is turned
In the filthy book of entertainment
As nobody learns a simple thing
And open minds only enforce restraint

So I'll do what's right for me
Even if for you it's wrong
So much for the reason that
I'll still be here

When you're gone
When you're longtime gone

And now it's time to set the record straight
To see how I can rely on all the people that surround
To figure out if it's a new beginning
Or only the same old story with just a different sound?
