Why Me?

You ever meet somebody with all the potential in the world?
But, they just cannot seem to get it together,
And it is always one thing after the next,
Why me? Why?
And they act like they cannot do anything to change it.
Well I figure it is all up to you.

There she goes, she is crying again...
There is no one to console her,
Seems she has no friends.
And every time the walls start closing in
She just lays there so helpless.
Until they smash her thin,
Then she thinks.

Why me, why me?
You keep on crying, crying.
And you do not ever give it a chance,
Always the victim of circumstance.
Time you take life into your own hands,
At the end you will begin again.

She is a fool, she is at it again.
Knows it always ends badly but still she pretends.
This time will be different and no one can obstruct
The bright future that she is built and others bad luck.

But she says,
Why me, why me?
You keep on crying, crying.
And you do not ever give it a chance,

She is always running, running from herself,
Unwilling to face the reality of things.
She is oh-so capable of turning the tables.
Making her way, All she has to say is No.

No, I am not going let you hurt me,
Anymore.
Yeah I know I am the one who let you hurt me
Before, but
I will not be crying
There will not be no more Why me!

Everything you do comes back
And sometimes two times
Harder than it started.
You cannot escape you,
Get back what you gave and
Now you are broken hearted...
What is the use of crying
If you are not trying to change your situation?
If you let go of your frustration
Maybe then you will see
You will not be crying,
There will not be no more Why me!

No, I am not going let you hurt me
Anymore.
Yeah I know I am the one who let you hurt me
Before, but
