While I'm Sleeping

I've been searching for love,
for a long time now,
craving to b hugged.
I desire some form
of attention,
from a Nubian Sista,
who has the same intentions.
Which is to acquire a mate,
who I can put
on a plate
and nibble on her
like she's a dark,
chocolate cake.
Then,
we can make love
in a sailboat on
Erie's lake.
Up to Canada is
where I'll take
her to watch all
the snowflakes,
float majestically
down from the sky.
Dancing around yelling out
hi!
Then one of them
will fall into my
baby's eyes,
don't worry about it love,
I'm there to dry
ur beautiful brown eyes.
Then,
we'll open our mouths
real wide.
Letting our tongues
hang out,
so we can catch
a snowflake floating about.
Then,
we can laugh out loud
like little kids,
making promises to stay
together for a lifetime bid.
But,
in reality folks,
I'm just dreaming.
I'm here in a dream world
scheming.
