And it looked the promised land.
That bright green valley with a running through,

The Joads away to the jungle camp,
There cooked a stew.
And the hungry little kids of the jungle
"We'd like to have some, too."

Now a deputy fired loose at a man,
a woman in the back.

Tom run back his mother was asleep;
He her up out of bed.
An' he kissed to the mother that he loved,
what Preacher Casey said, Tom Joad,
He said Preacher Casey said.
