First verse

Let me take you back in time, let us rewind the mix,
to find, what went down, in the year of 86.
I was born in the sticks, then we moved to the ghetto,
I was raised in the sewage, woke me up like a ristretto.

Stickin' round with my homies from the projects in the slum,

Helps me benefit society and do good deeds.

Gives us everything we need on a daily basis,
to embrace us, and to lead us to be aces.
To live in harmony with friends and family, so
please God help us, to be an asset for humanity.

I did some mistakes in the past I regret,
would go back and erase, I wish in retrospect.
Now I follow the light and I take good advice,
the future looks bright, cause I'm livin' the straight life!
