This is Perry . . .
And I'd like to you the most wonderful, the most beautiful,
The most exciting story in the world,
The Story of the Christmas!

Now suppose you make believe this is many, many ago,
A time before you were born!
You're on a hillside, near a little town in Palestine,
Do you see the man in the distance, walking slowly, leading a
His is Joseph!
Someone is on the back of the donkey,
And her is Mary!
They've a long, long way,
And heading for a little town near the hillside,
On we're standing!
Something very special will happen in this little tonight!
For is the little town of Bethlehem!

Oh town of Bethlehem,
How we see thee lie,
Above thy and dreamless sleep,
The stars go by!
Yet in thy dark shineth,
The light!
The and fears of all the years,
Are met in tonight!

follow Joseph and Mary into the town of Bethlehem,
It's getting and all of the rooms at the Inn are taken,
But the kindly tells them
They could the night at a stable nearby!

Now I told you was gonna happen, and it did!
A boy is born to Mary and Joseph,
they call Jesus!
They have no baby's crib, so Mary puts Jesus to sleep,
In the soft hay of a manger!

Come, come, to the manger,
Children sing and on the hay,
Sing, sing, of Angels,
Lord Jesus is born on this day!

Jesus is in the manger,
So let's out to the hillside near Bethlehem,
the Shepherds are tending their flock.

All at once the are frightened,
You'd be too,
Because a light suddenly shines in the sky!
the animals are hushed and still,
But then you hear the of an Angel of the Lord!
And no longer frightened,
For the brings good news,
of a Saviour born this day,
News of the Lord!

The Noel! the Angels did say,
Was to certain Shepherds,
In fields as they lay, in where they,
Lay keeping sheep,
On a winter's night, that was so deep!
Noel, Noel, Noel, Noel!
Born is the of Israel!

Well, we're still the Shepherds,
On the hillside Bethlehem.
We hear the ask the Angel,
Where to the Christ-child?
And the Angel them to go to the manger.
And as they leave the sky is with other Angels singing,
Glory to God! And on Peace, Goodwill, to Men!

The hurry to the manger,
Fall on their before the baby,
And worship him!
For He is the Lord!

Oh! all ye faithful,
and triumphant!
Oh ye, Oh Come ye, to Bethlehem!
Come and Him,
Born the of Angels,
Oh! let us adore Him,
Oh! Come let us Him,
Oh! let us adore Him,
the Lord!

And now, look up the sky!
Do you see that bright star twinkling in the
Far away, men are looking at that star just as we are!
riding on camels,
And they're using the star as a guide to lead to the Christ-child.
Who are these men who follow the star?

We Kings of Orient are,
Bearing gifts, we afar,
Field and fountain, and mountain,
yonder star!

Yes, the three men on the camels are the three men,
The new star guides them to Bethlehem,
To a little baby in a manger!
There the three wise men present to the Christ-child,
The first Christmas gifts given to anyone,
A of gold, of frankincense, and of myrrh!

And too fall on their knees to worship Him,
And now, a peace settles on the night,
For it is the Night!

night, holy night,
All is calm, all is bright,
'Round yon mother and child,
infant so tender and mild!
Sleep in peace,
in heavenly peace!

This is why when we Christmas,
We of Bethlehem,
We of the Virgin Mary,
We think of the wise men,
And the of the Christ-child!
The Christmas!

Oh! let us adore Him,
the Lord!
