Luyện nghe bài hát The Haughs Of Cromdale

As I in by Auchindoun
A little wee bit frae the
to the Highlands I was bound
To the Haughs of Cromdale

I met a man in trews
I spiered at him, was the news
Quo' he, "The army rues
ever we came to Cromdale"

"We in bed, sir, every man
When the English upon us came
A bloody battle then
Upon the of Cromdale"

"The English horse, they so rude
bathed their hoofs in Highland blood
But our brave clans, boldly stood
Upon the of Cromdale"

"But, alas, we no longer stay
For over the we came away
And sore we do the day
ever we came to Cromdale"

Thus the great did say
"Can you the nearest way?
For I over the hills this day
And view the of Cromdale"

"Alas, niy, Lord, not so strong
You have two thousand men
And there's on the plane
Stand rank and on Cromdale"

Thus the Montrose did say
"I say, direct the way
For I will over the this day
And see the of Cromdale"

They at dinner, every man
When the great Montrose upon came
A second battle began
Upon the Haughs of

The Grant, Mackenzie and
Soon as they did espy
Oh, then they fought valiantly
the Haughs of Cromdale

The M'Donalds, they again
The did their standard join
M'Intosh played a bloody
Upon the Haughs of

The M'Gregors like lions bold
M'Phersons, none could control
M'Lauchlins like loyal souls
Upon the Haughs of

M'Leans, and M'Neils
So as they took the field
And made their to yield
the Haughs of Cromdale

The Gordons did advance
The fought with sword and lance
The Grahams they made the heads to
Upon the of Cromdale

The loyal Stewarts Montrose
So set upon their foes
And them down with Highland blows
Upon the Haughs of

Of twenty thousand men
Five fled to Aberdeen
The rest of lie on the plain
Upon the of Cromdale
