Written:Guy

1.What a thought I am thinking
Concerning a speckled bird
Remember her name is
On the pages of God's Word.

2. All the other are flocking 'round her
She is despised by the
But the great bird in the Bible
Representing the church of God.

3. All the other churches are her
envy her glory and fame
They her because she is chosen
And has not denied name.

4. Desiring to her standard
They watch every move that she
They long to find fault her teachings
But they find no mistake.

5. She is her wings for a journey
going to leave by and by
When the trumpet sound in the morning
rise and go up in the sky.

6. In the presence of all her
With a song never uttered
She will and be gone in a moment
Till the tribulation is o'er.

7. I am I have learned of her meekness
I am proud that my is on her book
For I want to be one fearing
The face of my Savior love.

8. When He cometh descending heaven
On the cloud that He writes in His
be joyfully carried to meet Him
On the wings of that speckled bird.
