The projector's on, these lights are off
We're teaching the colors in classrooms
As the interest was lost
Her career's been put in perspective today
Is this really what she wanted to be?

She lectures students
They all tease her from the back row
They're just here for the credit
But they're making her sure

Turns on a video and immediately she leaves the room
Slam the door, release the stress and this will prove
This job takes strength, this job takes dedication
The students convinced her that she doesn't need it anymore
