Rule by Being Just

You rule by being just
Wage war with a price
Master all without strife
And the world will comply
Said the sage, "The more rules that they write
The more thieves in the night."

And if we take no action
And I make no design
Then all the people return
To a good simple life.
Give the world what belongs to the world
And to me what is right.
