Luyện nghe bài hát Ruby '81

July 4th 1981,candles of a ilk
from a chevy truck
Into the her folks had built
was charcoals and extended fam in folding chairs
Safely arced around the to focus on the smoking flares
Couple cousins, uncles, aunts, grown-ups, couple brats
Ruby's only two
She's too close to the jumping
Mommy scoops her to the
Buckles up the seat
Rolls her to the storm
Let her for all the lunacy
distracting Mom
Ruby out her strap
Fingers push the
off into the sour patch
Past the pyrotechnics and invisible
Woke the sleeping beagle skipping the kidney swimming pool
Off into the yawning
The splash would mum the
Ruby's lungs were filling by the her kin were cognizant
Many sprung and sprinted
All belated but
The beast she had earlier stirred had alert since waking up
let his gainer fly
Water top commotion
Howling guests the cloven hoofs had come to do-si-do
Frenzied and deck
Part to let the see
Soggy beagle gently dragging Ruby in his yellow
the tiny body in the sun before her Fathers feet
When she choked the through her bluish lips he dropped his knee
the air to reconvene
Towel his Ruby off
EMT confirm the
say
"Good dog!"
