Some people get aggravated
Some things just get exaggerated bad
When its all in their minds

Ive found that some situations
If you let them can get you aging fast
And old before your time
And youll never even notice youre doing fine.

Now I know that sometimes life cheats you
And I know that sometimes you need to cry
To deal with what life brings
But until those days come, dont stress the little things.

They cant sleep, they think theyre getting nowhere

And they dont know where to turn
When theres really only one thing they need to learn
