There was somebody else that I wanted to be
And I felt sorry for those people that were just like me
I lived some pitiful life with nothing in my mind
I would get up and walk till Im a mile away
From some familys home that didnt want me to stay
Till I meet more friends who told me nothing but lies
I made the same mistakes over and over again
And I have 25 kids from different mothers of 10
I had absolutely nothing on me except time
Its a difficult life that I had to go through
And all I ever prayed for
Was for me to be you
I think I need a new start so I can do things right

I struggled to survive
