To most of you this is an album of songs
But to me it's a collection of twelve dreams twelve dreams that all came
Because this contains twelve of the songs
That I've written over the few years
that my friends here in Nashville
Across the United States and around the world have recorded
And which you'd accepted and into hits
I realize that no way for me to capture the sound and the feeling
Of these great original and I won't even attempt to
But I would like to present these to you in this album
From this pen and me as the only way that I have of saying thank you
