Drowning in my blanket, my sins
Darkness all me as the night is closing in
Staring at the ceiling, my eyes open wide

No dreams, just sleepless nights

and turn between my sheets, drowning in my sweat
My mind to overload; I need to get some rest
The passing by without falling asleep
I don't what to do, I've lost count of sheep.

At night I think the times I could have made things better
These thoughts they haunt me through the it's worse than nightmares
And as I lay there right awake I the world upon me
I think I suffer from insomnia; worse than nightmares

As the night on, hours passing by
My mind is playing tricks with me confusing truth lies
Did I do that right, should I've done that
The questions I ask myself, the stay out of reach.

I ate all my pills, smoked all my weed
But still the sleep won't to me, though it is all I need
I realize is something really bad
Because I can how I'm going mad
