Second day of third grade, Oaks Elementary
She sat in the row, I was all the way across the room

Andy was my best friend, all the way through school

Andy loved to run hard, he buckled up

I can't forget the day she me home from work

She said, "Hon, don't panic, but it's to go"
We named him "Andy" for a friend I to know
It hit me just this morning, I him off at school

I bowed my head and thanked the for all I've got
Little league and picnics in the park
our folks are doing well, the circle's filling out
I every moment; I'm still growing up
