Goodbyes

My heart is cold,
For those who haven't noticed it at all.
Boneless, but I manage my lonely summer nights.

But only tonight,
I'll know what it's like to be honest.
And I'm wasting time just writing my thoughts down I guess.

If it were up to me I wouldn't be hopelessly out of reach.
Saying all my goodbyes.

You told me I'm gone a lot and I don't show up enough.
You said someone told you that I'm just not good enough for the run.
