To rise up from the soup
Is an admirable ascension

Float above the fog
In enlightened unknown
To a place of peace
That'll heighten your home

But see to it that the light
Doesn't burn you blind
if poise becomes pride
It can poison your mind

Balance can be found
where these beams align
Like the gravity of gratitude
Inspiring the tides

We live these two worlds
Oscillating restlessly
Perpetual perplexion
An accidental necessity

As Destiny desperately
declines to decide
Which side of the line
Your garden resides

Doubt will find you
If you stay there
Indecision
Mantis preys there
