Lying awake at night, I'm staring at the ceiling.
Nobody at my door, but I sense something more.
Impatience fills my mind, it's getting hard to try.
But I'm still by myself and I need somone's help...

Can't look for happily ever after when we all need something real,
Just roll the dice and don't look twice 'cause that's not how we feel.
Got lost in the aftermath, but what happened first wasn't all that bad.

Life flying by so fast, blurred faces of the people I know quickly rushing by.
When it's all said and done, when we've all had our fun, will we know who has won?
