We went to this pub that was very inside

putting on a show outside

But just before the show
The collectors moved away from the gates

It was a show
There were skeletons and beggars on high
And set fire to a tower they'd built
loud bells rang and sad cellos played

And then near the end, they tied candle-lanterns to
And let them go up the air
And I watched the lanterns of the show
'Til they disappeared, took a long time

And two of the were still burning
When they out of sight
