Adults are for teaching
children how to observe the ways of ancestors.
In fact, God insists adults talk to their children
when they sit at home and when they along the road.

In words, God is saying, "

from each other, to the extent children,
particularly living in urban neighborhoods,
are growing up the benefit of
having adults in they can confide.
Consequently, cultural values are at risk of being
lost, teaching children to respect their elders and saying
"thank you" or "no thank you" and forms of common courtesy.
God is saying, "
