DELIRIUM

Running through the fields of gold
Running till the end of time
I don't want this dream to die
It feels as though I'm flying high

So strong and brave and all I want to be
Far away from misery
As the clouds above my head
Shatter I see the sun comes out
Out in the light I feel alive
In Delirium I feel, I feel free

I'm a knight in a shiny armour
Riding a splendid stallion
Thrust my sword to the dragon's heart
The beauty falls into my arms

Here I will stay for eternity
Eventually it will be my reality

With a little imagination
Living in your own creation

Streams they purl and fairies fly
Enchanted whispers in the night
Though evil lurks everywhere
Goodness always will prevail

I do believe that it depends on me
Though you never know for sure
If you're in command
Or just a role in a tale

There is infinity to explore, in my mind I'm roaming
Into the wild unknown, don't know where I'm going
Can't control this world that I made, it's overwhelming
As creatures crawl I scream, why can't I waken now?

My mind imprisoning me and the end approaching
The pain and the blood so real, there's no denying
That I'm dying
Am I dying for real?
