Counting Down

The doctor leaks poisonous words from her mouth
I don't wanna believe what I'm hearing
I can't accept time's running out
I've exhausted my options,
I've endured the pain.
So why is it mercy won't yield to me?
I've been so strong through it all.

I feel so alone

my energy is gone
