I find myself wandering
where to from here?
the dirt is finally settling
but you disappear
I hope you hear me when I scream

a tiny smile, the smallest nod
you already knew

open your eyes
I'll pull you out of this, wait for it/me

to complicate the scenery
it all explodes
no lights, no houses,
nothing but an open road
I grab your hand and ask you
please, look in my eyes
a tearful smile looks back at me
this never dies

the lights are blinking fast, I cannot see
but twilight takes away all misery
