Castaway

Castaway.
Navigating through these troubled seas, floating day by day.
This never fading fog insists that I might go astray.
(So how long must I weather these storms alone?)
Without a vessel, this anchors my escape.
It seems no other way.
As daylight falls, I fall apart.
Im taken by the tide.

Swept away,
These currents always find a way to take me to where I want to be.
Carry me, these currents carry me.
(Im a forsaken castaway)
These currents carry me to the shoreline.

Looking back, to where Ive gone, to where Ive started and what Ive lost.
How can I no longer be ignored, when everyones so self-absorbed?
It only takes one moment for your life to change.
