Well, Billy went down to the
To find a little trinket he could his own
Didn't see nothin' around
He decided dig awhile

Well he dug her up and he dug her
'Fore too long he found some
Poor Billy couldn't make a sound
the bones sat up and smiled

Oh Billy, you like a fine young man
No reason to be a soul
Come over and shake my hand
Make my acquaintance

Well Billy, he was stunned he could hardly
Whether he could move, he didn't
But he he had to formulate some kinda plan
Or try the patience

The first he wanted to do was breathe
So he gulped in some of that air
Next thing he to do was leave
But Billy wasn't raised up

Well, the boneman grunted and he gave a
All of a sudden he was there
Shakin' off and actin' pleased
Things didn't too good

Well Billy, he decided the hell
You don't meet a boneman day
A little bit but you never can tell
He might be a pretty guy

Well, they started off with the old sell
'Fore too long they were away
By the time the darkness
They were seein' to eye

They decided right then on a of crime
With the looks and Billy's brains
They could old Scrooge out of his last dime
as well have a go

Billy, he the place and time
From the corner store to the train
Boney'd flash him a smile
And Billy he'd the dough

They decided, they might as start right then
awastin' so they say
They headed for the park the lights are dim
And the foolish tread

He was whistlin' a tune they spotted him
Strollin' along, so and gay
gave him a great big grin
And Billy his bread

Next a lady of the night
Boney saddled up and hello
Gave the poor thing a terrible fright
She fainted dead

Billy her purse and her earrings bright
Diamond rings and watch you
figure out, try as they might
Why they'd worked a single day

plans ended up in ruin you know
They were a quaint little neighborhood
an old lady about eighty or so
Almost looked too

put on a pretty good show
'Cause ol' lady didn't see too good
My kind Sir your all bones you
You need hot and greasy

ol' Boney drug him inside
Billy in through the window sill
She fed him boiled and and fried
Ol' Boney he's like crazy

He gobbled up everything he
Pounds on like you know they will
Billy down in the dirt and cried
Watchin' gettin' fat and lazy

Well, back workin' his job by day
Sleep'n it ain't so bad
liked stealin' anyway
Kinda a guy the willies

Boney and Ma got a new
Best baked beans you had
Ma's any day
And they say they're gonna him Billy
