Lying in the temple of ignorance.

A weeping disaster,
Came to death from a figured life.
And reminded me that redemption was,
right in the palm of my hand.

So you pushed me to the edge of slavery,
Until agony became my own worst enemy.
Gasping for air.

And I'll feel the oxygen crawling around my lungs,
Cry out one more time, and I'll take what is mine.

We are afraid of silence
Inside and I can only see overexposed films of consciousness

(I cannot kill something, that is not even there)

A white room, a senseless massacre.
Sweet, enough to believe that being drowning is the safe way,
To keep my breath alive.

These roots are not strong enough,
I owe you nothing.
You won't take comfort here.
