Luyện nghe bài hát A Nightmare On My Street (w DJ Jazzy Jeff)

Now I a story that I'd like to tell
About this guy you all he had me scared as hell
He comes to me at night I crawl into bed
He's up like the weenie and his name is Fred

He the same hat and sweater every single day
And even if hot outside he wears it anyway
He's when I'm awake but he shows up when I sleep
I can't believe that there's a nightmare on my

It was a Saturday evening if I it right
And we had just gotten back off tour night
So the gang and I thought it would be groovy
If we summoned up the posse and rushed the movie

I got Angie, got Tina
rock got some girl I'd never seen in my life
That was alright because the was chill
we dipped to the theater set to ill

Buggin' havin' a ball
And somethin' Elm St. was the movie we saw
The way it started was you know nuthin' real fancy
About this homeboy Fred and this girl named Nancy

But word when it was over, I yo that was def
And everything all right when we left
But when I got and laid down to sleep
That began the on my street

It was burning in my room like an
My bed soaked sweat and man I was bugging
I checked the clock and it stopped at
It had melted it was so hot and I was thirsty

I something cool to quench my thirst
I thought to yo this heaters the worst
But when I got downstairs I something was wrong
I was home all but the TV was on

I thought off it as I grabbed the remote
I pushed the power button and then I choked
When I heard this awful voice coming behind It said
"You got my letter but now you must die"

Man, I even wait to see who it was
Broke inside my and screamed, "So long, 'cuz"
Got halfway up the block I calmed down and screaming
Then thought, "Oh, I get it, I be dreaming"

I strolled back home with a on my grill
I think that this is a dream I might as well get ill
I walked in the house, the Big Bad Fresh
But Freddy killed all that noise real

He me by my neck and said
"Here's what we'll do, we gotta work here
Me and you, the souls of your friends you and I will
You've got the and I've got the brain"

I said, "Yo Fred I you got me all wrong
I ain't partners with nobody with that long
Look, I'll be honest man this won't work
The girls be on you Fred, your face is all burnt"

Fred got mad and his started steaming
But I've thought what the I'm only dreamin'
I please leave Fred so I can get some sleep
But give me a maybe we'll hang out next week

I patted him on the shoulder, said, "Thanks for by"
I opened up the door and said, "Take care guy"
He got mad, drew back his arm and my shirt
I at first, then thought, "Hold up, that hurt"

It wasn't a dream, man, guy was for real
I said, "Freddy, uh, pal, there's an awful mistake here"
No further and then I darted upstairs
through my door then jumped on my bed

Pulled the covers up over my and said
"Oh please do with Fred"
He jumped on my bed, went through the covers his claws
to get me, but my alarm went off and then silence

It was a whole new day I
"Huh, I scared of him anyway"
I noticed those rips in my sheets
And that was that there had been a nightmare on my street

Oh man, I gotta Jeff, I gotta call Jeff
on, come on
Come on Jeff,
on, man

Jeff, this is Prince, man Jeff, up, Jeff, wake up
do you want?
Jeff, up, man, listen to me, Jeff

It three o'clock in the morning, do you want?
Jeff, Jeff, you listen to me? Listen
you do, don't fall asleep
Man
Jeff, listen to me, go to sleep, Jeff
Look, I'll talk to you
Jeff, Jeff, Jeff, Jeff, me
