A Berry Bursts

I built a raft.
It took me seven weeks, every second wanting you back.

Kicked off the curb,
Hoping what Id learnt could help me navigate the flood.

I fought the pull,
But all the rain coming down made that impossible.

Roads turn to rivers and I'm lost out there;
